The Wall Street Journal has launched a new YouTube channel called ‘Off Duty’, where they address men’s lifestyle content ranging from fashion & culture to grooming. As any guy familiar with the automatic-experience of a traditional cartridge razor knows, a straight razor shave is an experience that seems daunting beyond words. Still, it’s an experience any man should have at least once; nothing can compare to the closeness one achieves with a straight razor. WSJ’s Kelsey Hubbard spent a morning with expert barber Israel Leon and learned some tips on how men can get the perfect straight razor shave at home and without having 911 on speed dial.
