Though we usually cover products and stories that have to do with the hair you’ve got, this piece of news concerns the hair you don’t. Hair-loss affects nearly 75% of men and the announcement that scientists may have found a cure for the plight could just be one of the greatest discoveries of all time – if it all pans out of course.
In the process of studying the effects of stress on the body (on lab mice of course) scientists may have stumbled onto a cure for baldness. The compound astressin-B was found to help lab mice regrow their hair, and to prevent others from losing it. It also improved the mice’s gastro-intestinal and cardiovascular systems.
