Unless you’ve been hanging out on the moon under a rock, you’re probably at least vaguely aware of the fact that last night the 83rd Annual Academy Awards took place in Hollywood California. Leading the pack with 11 nominations was The King’s Speech directed by Tom Hooper. The film managed to take home four of the most coveted awards for Directing, Best Actor, Best Picture, and Best Original Screenplay.
Not to take it all too seriously, here is a parody of the night’s big winner from the King of Shaves. This short film lampoons the film and plugs the King of Shaves brand of razors. The film also happens to use the same microphone used in the film. Unfortunately Colin Firth does not make an appearance. Check out the video below.
